The bed was super comfy, and I loved the big wardrobe in my room! There’s a nice lounge bar for chilling out and a great breakfast buffet. The only bump was a bit of noise from other guests late at night, but I’d still recommend it for a cozy stay! 😊

I stayed at Royal Oakwell for two nights with my family in a Family Room with Bunk Beds. The cleanliness of the room really stood out. Fresh towels and bedding made everything feel inviting. The bed was super comfy, which was a plus after long days exploring Blackpool. Breakfast each morning was decent. plenty of choices, and I loved how the eggs were cooked to order. The location is perfect for hitting the main sights. parking proved to be a hassle. Limited on-street parking and a lack of spots around the hotel made getting in and out tricky. the wifi connection had some issues, disconnecting when I tried to relax with my shows. This could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Consider asking for a quiet room away from the bar area for a more peaceful stay, especially during busy times.

the staff were super nice and welcoming, especially deen who helped us with everything. the room was lovely and very clean, lots of space to move around. breakfast was delish with plenty of choices. bar prices were cheap and nice atmosphere, we felt at home. perfect location near everything in blackpool!
the parking was a bit tricky since street parking is limited and we had to pay for the hotel parking. also, the wifi was spotty, which made it hard to relax with some shows.

Great place and price!
Me and my partner had a last-minute getaway and it was awesome. The king room was super comfy with a big TV and powerful shower. Breakfast was a solid spread, especially the full English. The owners were super friendly too. Only thing is the bar closed a bit early for our liking, but we still had a blast!

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfortable bed, a good-sized wardrobe, and ample plug space for devices. Despite a full hotel, it remained quiet at night. The location was excellent, within walking distance to key attractions, and the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. the bathroom facilities were a bit dated, and the toiletries provided were basic, indicating some room for improvement in amenities.

The family room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable space for our stay. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. While the bathroom facilities could use an update, they were still very clean and functional. The location was great, making it easy to explore local attractions. the corridors felt a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.
